Shipping and Order Confirmation

You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation upon placing your order. Once your order has shipped, confirmation will be emailed with the tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for all orders to process and 3-5 business days for the standard ground shipments.

Returns and Refunds
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason an items is defective or an error has occurred with your order, we will kindly refund or replace the item at no additional charge.

If you wish to return an item, please complete your return within 60 days of the original order date. Returns may incur a $5.00 restocking fee and any additional shipping fees. All returns must include the original packing slip and any information pertaining to the return. Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment.

Continental US Orders:
Shipping and handling will be applied upon the completion of the order and charged based on total weight and delivery location.

International Orders:

International orders outside the Continental United States will be charged the actual cost of shipping and a $35.00 handling fee. Customers will be responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply. HiCORP reserves the right to charge the credit card used for the order for any additional shipping fees that may be incurred. Shipping rates for international orders are only estimates based on standard rates. If the actual shipping rates are greater than the estimate provided, the order will be held for customer approval.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Standard Continental US orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless an expedited shipping method is requested. Shipments do not require customer signature upon delivery. To request signature of delivery or to add insurance for your order, please notate such in the "Additional Information" section upon checkout.

Lost packages:

Please contact HiCORP within 30 days of the tracking delivery date to file a claim for lost packages. Orders will be replaced upon approval of claim and receipt of reimbursement from the carrier.

Damaged packages:

Please contact HiCORP within 15 days of the tracking delivery date to file a claim for damaged packages. Orders will be replaced upon approval of claim and receipt of reimbursement from the carrier.
